At the end of the summer 2021, LaEx was awarded two projects for the Atlanta based Eye South Partners. Glad to be your "eyes" and ears in South Louisiana.
In early 2020, Louisiana Expeditors secured the tenant build out work permit and State Fire Marshal AR-Letter (Review Letter) for Strayer University for thier new campus downtown at 750 Julia Street.
In 2020, Louisiana Expeditors helped Texas Builder/ Developer Arco with permits for two flagship self storage facilities for SafStor. Both projects were out-of-the-ground major construction projects. In Kenner and in New Orleans, Louisiana Expeditors delivered permit expediting services to the satisfaction of the Arco teams.

Louisiana Expeditors closed out three residential projects for a New Orleans General Contractor in December 2011 with no Certificate of Occupancy issues.
Louisiana Expeditors delivered VCC permits for a balcony replacement on Chartres Street in the historic French Quarter and a residential building permit for a Chinese Drywall mitigation and renovation in the Garden District in July 2011.
Louisiana Expeditors is pleased to announce, this Spring of 2011, the formation of Gulf Coast Expeditors, LLC, a new branch of our company that assists clients in the Gulf Coast region from New Orleans to Pascagoula, Mississippi.
Louisiana Expeditors successfully completed its Bead Drive for Arc of Greater New Orleans. With the help of clients and friends, L.A.E.X. collected and delivered gallons and gallons of Mardi Gras beads that ArcGNO recycles and resells. With little effort, L.A.E.X. assisted in ArcGNO's completing two goals at once: serving local people with intellectual disabilities and keeping the beads out of the trash.
LAEX recently delivered State Fire Marshall and New Orleans Building Permits to Allen Edmonds, the Great American Shoe Company, for their new premiere location in the Shops at Canal Place.
