The team developing and building a new O’Reilly Auto Parts store in New Orleans East struggled with aspects of obtaining their building permit. LAEX was hired to shepherd the tangential permit challenges of City Planning Commission’s storm water management approval and the Department of Public Work’s curb cut permit. Lots of luck to Berry Engineers and Hutton Design Build with the out-of-the-ground project.
