In February, just after Mardi Gras, Louisiana Expeditors secured the necessary building permits (Jefferson Parish Code Enforcement, Jefferson Parish Public Works Department, Louisiana State Fire Marshal and the Louisiana Department of Health & Hospitals) for the new Fresh Market now under construction on Veterans.
